The HMS DSC03 plyometric box is a box designed for fitness training. Boxing is an integral part of every crossfit center, an aid for professional athletes and even athletes. It is made of 18 mm plywood and has dimensions of 50 x 40 x 30 cm.
The individual walls have cut-outs and fit together like a “puzzle” when the cabinet is assembled. The cut-outs facilitate assembly and help to better distribute the load during the landing, thus extending the life of the cabinet.
The surface of the box is coated with a special layer that prevents the shoe from slipping and can also be easily cleaned. There are openings on the two opposite walls for easy carrying.
