DC31 HMS is a bar connected with rubbers, thanks to which we can perform a whole range of exercises. A lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace thera band rubber, with the difference that it will be more convenient to use. It will work in any type of training or rehabilitation. We will use DC31 to train both the upper and lower muscles. It will find its application at every level of the exercising person.
The rubbers in three load ranges will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises. With the help of the stick, we will also perform exercises to increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination. The exercises can be performed by putting on elastic bands on the feet and making movements with a bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with your legs and stretching the bands. Thanks to the additional handle, the rubbers can also be attached to the door. It greatly enriches the range of exercises.
