NKU HMS ball with a handle combines the advantages of training with dumbbells and medicine balls. Thanks to its comfortable, non-slip handles, one can freely exercise each muscle group. It is an interesting alternative to training with dumbbells. Using the balls one can do all exercises normally done with an ordinary medicine ball, but thanks to the handles the exercises will be a bit easier. They can be applied for each type of a training. Due to them, growth of strength, endurance, coordination and joints mobility is not a problem. They are also used frequently during a rehabilitation after injuries.
