UW15B HMS is a hooking griffin for training on the upper and lower extract. You can use it for the whole range of exercises, for various muscle groups of the upper body lots, starting with small muscle groups, like biceps and triceps, through the front and side acton of muscle muscles, to the senses of the widest back and the backrest.
It is made of high quality steel, which gives you the opportunity to workout with a significant load. Its length and spacing of the told handles, guarantees many capabilities, from a very wide to very wide. Thanks to this, the handle will enable each exercise, develop muscles on different lengths of their trailers. In the widest places, the handles are set at an angle, which when exercise pulling the rod on the upper extract, favors the attraction of elbows to the torso, i.e. maintaining a better exercise technique. During the training, the handle allows the involvement of alternative muscle trailers, in relation to exercises on a straight handle. This favors extreme handles, arranged in a neutral grip. In addition, they are topped up, which provides a certain and comfortable grip, without fear of slipping accessories from hands.
