The HMS Premium KTO16 weight vest is an ideal tool for training with your own weight. After putting on and turning on, the vest fits close to the body and thus can evenly increase the load during training of most exercises from pull-ups on the horizontal bar, through the cranks to running.
The vest is made of Codura, it is a highly durable and comfortable, polyamide fabric that is tear-resistant and also water-repellent. There are 16 pockets on the vest and in each there is a rubberized, steel brick weighing 1 kilogram (+ – 20 grams). Each row of pockets is equipped with a cover with Velcro, which prevents the weights from falling out. The weight of the KTO16 itself can therefore be very easily and precisely adjusted in the range from 1 to 16 kilograms.
